These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software products, and services provided by Mitalio OÜ ("Mitalio", "we", "us", or "our"), a private limited company registered in Estonia (Sepapaja 6, Tallinn 15551). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Mitalio provides software products including, but not limited to, Trade't (tradet.net) and CheckMyLicense (checkmylicense.dev), as well as related websites and digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Where a service requires account registration, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your login credentials confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to: • Use our services in violation of any applicable law or regulation • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software • Use our services to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platforms without written authorisation • Use our services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair them

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property made available through our services are owned by or licensed to Mitalio OÜ. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

Certain services may require payment. Where applicable: • Fees are stated at the time of purchase • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise • Subscription fees are billed in advance on the applicable billing cycle • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mitalio OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Mitalio in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@mitalio.com. Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
